I met Carol through a phone call regarding one of her listings. She was instantly available for a showing of the property and within a few days had a very thorough market analysis done on our home with many options available. The whole idea of selling our home and purchasing a new home was a very intimidating prospect, but she has walked us through the process with written documentation, concern for our feelings, great listening skills and a whole bunch of laughs. We are now enjoying looking at properties for our next home. She listens to our needs, has not tried to sell us the first house we see, and always answers our phone calls and e-mails very quickly. I’ve also been impressed with how Carol keeps a keen eye out for houses that might work for us and she remembers the things that we are looking for in our next home. Even when there are no properties available, she checks in to see if we need any listing sheets or if we have any questions. I know that Carol and our family will have a life long friendship, and who would of thought that could be established by looking for a home? Dear Carol, You went above and beyond the agreement we had with the sale of my house. You quickly helped me resolve a touchy situation with a prospective seller and her attorneys.
